• Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original unused condition within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • Returns will be done to our warehouse address.
  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • You can also exchange an item for another. If the price of the other item is higher than the purchased item, difference is to be paid.
  • The customer will be liable to pay the freight and transport charges for the items they return, or exchange.
  • 25% restocking fee on a return of items, or if the customer asks for a refund.
  • All of our on-sale items are final and non-refundable (NOT eligible for refunds).

Note: Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Requisites for Non Returnable Articles (Custom Orders)

  • Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying between $15 to $40, depending on the alteration required.
  • We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case.   • Worn or altered items can not be returned . Jackets should be inspected upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item.
  • No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than one products at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.

How To Return

  • Firstly in order to get an approval for return/exchange, simply send us e.mail at info.thewesternapparel@gmail.com.
  • Mention your name, order number and email address which you used for placing the order. Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in best possible way.
  • Once you get the approval for return/exchange, we will provide you with our Warehouse address in South Asia. Buyers are requested to send the package through local postal office with Tracking Number. Item returned through Courier services e.g DHL, FedEx will not be accepted.

Incorrect Orders Or Damaged Products

If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace the item or accept a return of that item and provide a full refund.
