I surprised my mom with this Yellowstone 1923 Cara Dutton grey jacket as a birthday gift, she absolutely adores it. The soft cotton outer and viscose lining feel luxurious, and the buttoned closure plus turn-down collar are elegant. It fits her perfectly and she wears it nonstop. Great gift.

I didn't see that this was dry clean only and threw it in the wash with some of my other Universal Standard machine washables. It's different now. I'm trying to make peace with that. Let my failure be a warning. But I did love this jacket, and I got a ton of compliments on it.

I was too young in the '80s when these jackets were first popular, but I definitely remember them. I'm so glad they're back! The fit is great; I'm a solid S in outerwear (petite, 28" waist) and the S fits perfectly with a little room.
